+ Why do you require a 3 month commitment?

It takes time for a coach and an athlete to learn to work together. Three months is the minimum that we see the coach athlete relationship starting to mesh.

+ I'm not seeing results from the training

How long have you been on your training plan? Results take time. It can take up to 6 months before an athlete sees tangible results

+ Do I have to do strength training?

No you dont have to do strength training when working with your coach. it is however highly recommended that you do. Strength training will help you prevent injury and improve your power and efficiency.

+ If I dont have access to a gym can I still do strength work?

Absolutely! your coach will come up with a strength plan that you can execute at home with no specialized equipment.

+ Why only two plans?

At FACTOR we're proud of our product and we strive to provide the best coaching experience we can. To pare down our plans to provide a cheaper plan meant we weren't providing the experience we feel our athletes deserve.

At Factor we utilize a system by STT Systems called Cycling 3dma. 3dma is similar to Retul with a few differences/upgrades. 3dma captures more body locations at more than 5 times the rate and does the whole body at one time.

+ Why Should I get a fit before buying a bike?

Pre-Purchase fitting allows you to avoid buying a bike that doesnt fit you or won't mach your fit coordinates. bike sizing is inconsistent and varies from brand to brand making it difficult to buy the correct size. this is particularly true when buying a time trial bike as adjustability is limited or when purchasing online as many manufacturers are now offering.

+ Is there a fit guarantee?

we offer 1 free fit follow up within 30 days of your fit. we know that things can change when you're actually on the road riding. if something feels off schedule a follow up and we'll make the necessary tweaks.
